1. Subscription Terms
By enrolling in a Somna "Subscribe & Save" plan, you agree to a recurring billing subscription. You authorize Somna to automatically charge your provided payment method at the frequency selected during checkout (e.g., every 30 days or every 90 days) until you cancel your subscription.
2. Pricing and Billing
Your subscription will be billed at the discounted rate presented at the time of your initial purchase. We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription plans. If the price changes, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. Through the Manage Subscriptions portal on our website, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Add or remove products from your subscription
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no hidden fees or penalties. To cancel, you must log into the Manage Subscriptions portal or email us at hello@somnasleep.com.
IMPORTANT: Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and your current order will be shipped as scheduled. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, we will notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails repeatedly, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment information. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees or overdraft charges applied by your bank.
6. Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a subscription item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and pause your subscription billing until the item is back in stock. We will not charge you for items we cannot ship.
