When will my order ship?+
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email the moment it leaves our warehouse.
My tracking hasn't updated.+
It can take 24-48 hours for carriers to update tracking links after scanning. If it's been more than 3 business days without an update, contact us.
What if my package is missing?+
Sometimes carriers mark packages as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before actual delivery. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, email hello@somnasleep.com.
