1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $50.00 USD. For orders under $50.00 USD, a flat rate of $5.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for $12.95. Delivery typically takes 2 business days.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Important Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Somna is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also track your order directly on our Track Your Order page.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Somna is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently stolen from your property.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Somna is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
