Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exception - Silent Vibration Alarm Band: The Silent Vibration Alarm Band is eligible for return within 100 days (100 nights) of the delivery date. All other eligibility requirements remain the same.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, consumable products (Anti-Snore Nasal Strips and Sleep Mouth Tape) must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used consumable products.
  • The Silent Vibration Alarm Band may be returned used, but must be in good physical condition, fully functional, and include all original accessories (charging cable, manual, etc.). We reserve the right to reject returns or charge a restocking fee for items returned damaged or missing parts.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at hello@somnasleep.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Do not send items back without first requesting an RMA. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@somnasleep.com.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or promotional free gifts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
